  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Respond to inquiries, feedback, and complaints from both new and existing customers, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and develop new customer relationships to expand the client base.
  • Support the Marketing Manager and Managing Director in sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for long-term business success.
  • Gather insights on customer and competitor activities to enhance sales strategies.
  • Ensure timely payment collection to maintain a healthy cash flow.
  • Execute tasks assigned by the Section Head and senior management.
  • Act as the primary liaison for assigned customers, managing:
  • Order reception, entry, and scheduling
  • Delivery negotiations (internally and externally)
  • Shipment arrangements, pricing, invoicing, payment collection, cargo claims, and consignment billing
  • Coordinate with transporters, forwarders, and agents to ensure smooth and timely deliveries. Verify that billing invoices align with agreed quotations.
  • Collaborate with customers on forecasts, pricing, payment collections, order deliveries, shipping arrangements, invoicing, and cargo claims.
  • Provide support to both overseas and local sales teams as needed.
  • Conduct regular customer visits to ensure service quality and satisfaction.
  • Support the company's objectives and complete assigned tasks from supervisors and management.
  • Continuously seek and propose improvements to enhance overall company quality.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Certification/Diploma in any field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a sales-related role from any industry.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage, as the role involves liaising with customers from China and Taiwan.
  • Strong mathematical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong customer service and marketing skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills and knowledge of quality systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,100.00 per month
