Sales And Marketing Officer (HR Industries)
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
Research and identify potential clients (companies looking for talent).
Use various channels (LinkedIn, cold calls, networking events, etc.) to reach out.
Build a database of potential clients and decision-makers (HR managers, hiring managers, business owners).
2. Client Engagement & Business Development
Make cold calls, emails, or in-person visits to introduce the agency’s services.
Present tailored recruitment solutions based on the client’s hiring needs.
Develop long-term relationships to encourage repeat business.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements.
3. Marketing & Branding
Promote HR services through online and offline marketing strategies.
Utilize social media, job portals, and company websites for digital marketing.
Organize events, job fairs, and networking sessions to increase visibility.
4. Client Relationship Management
Maintain communication with clients to understand their hiring challenges.
Provide updates on recruitment progress and market trends.
Offer post-hiring support to ensure client satisfaction.
5. Market Research & Competitor Analysis
Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor strategies.
Identify niche markets and new opportunities for business growth.
6. Achieving Sales Targets & Reporting
Meet monthly or quarterly sales and revenue targets.
Prepare reports on client engagement, sales performance, and recruitment success rates.

Pay: Up to RM3,000.00 per month
