  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Company Description

Established in 2005, Examas Jaya Sdn Bhd is a prominent foodservice equipment supplier in Malaysia. The company supplies and services global leading commercial foodservice equipment brands to customers such as hotels, restaurants, cafes, and more.

Located in Kajang, Selangor, Examas Jaya HQ features a test kitchen, showroom, training room, warehouse, and office space, with an extensive service network throughout Malaysia.

Day-to-day tasks of a Sales Executive (Chef)

  • Working with foodservice equipment, conducting equipment demo involving foods and beverage ingredients
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities
  • Provide sound knowledge on products and services
  • Comfortable learning and working with product technicalities, technical drawings, and site visits, as we are distributing foodservice equipment (commercial ice cream machine, deep fryers, ice machines, ovens, etc)
  • Conduct site visits with the technical team to understand customers’ needs
  • Develop and maintain good long-term relationships with customers
  • Facilitate clients and coordinate equipment demo, trainings, deliveries with the internal team
  • Work closely with interdepartmental teams, e.g. Logistic, technical, customer service, and finance

What are the pre-requisites?

  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
  • Experience in direct sales is a bonus point
  • Have the passion and motivation in meeting people to do sales
  • Knowledge in F&B, HORECA-related and foodservice business preferred, other industries are welcomed to apply
  • Great negotiation and communication skills.
  • Problem solving skills: ability to think creatively and use professional judgment.
  • Proficiencies in Microsoft Office suit (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Must own a transport to facilitate travel to meetings and events.
  • Diploma/Degree holders in Business Studies or relevant fields

Working Hours:

  • Monday-Friday, 8.30am-5.30pm
  • Exclude local Public Holidays
