  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary

  • To implement and facilitate Quality Management System (QMS) and Project Quality Audit at Site.
  • To implement site quality management procedures by liaising with Project Team, Managers and Construction Heads.
  • To assist the Project Manager on the project quality control related matters including preparation of relevant documents, correspondence and submission to client, consultant, authority and etc.
  • To manage and report on aspects related to Project Quality Assurance to all parties includes clients and consultants.
  • To prepare and maintain Project Quality Plan (PQP). - To assist and liaise with site personnel in preparing QAQC documents including progress report, method statement and ITP (Inspection and Test Plan).
  • To supervise and coordinate inspections and test activities carried out on all components and materials to ensure conformance to the specifications. –
  • To carry out inspection and quality system activities based on approved method statement
  • To review the company Quality Management System periodically and to do necessary changes as required according to its suitability to the company’s operations.
  • To ensure all jobs at site are carried out in accordance to required specification, quality, and safety standard and effect the construction progress by coordinating and auditing regularly.
  • To monitor & identify daily site quality problem.
  • To coordinate with consultant about quality issues and the closure of the Non-Compliance Report - To schedule, execute and evaluate project internal quality audit.
  • To responsible on monitoring and take care of QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site observation, material delivery and other QA/QC documents.
  • To ensure all material used and arrived are according to project specification.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Construction/Civil Engineering/Architectural/ Buildings
  • 2-3 years working experience in similar capacity
  • Familiar with ISO 90001/QLassic for constructions industry
  • Based at Project Sites
  • Good communication & Teamwork

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
