Location of restaurant: Mutiara Damansara
Responsibilities:
- Staff: Hiring, training, and managing the restaurant team.
- Customer Service: Ensuring customers are happy, dealing with any issues.
- Operations: Running the day-to-day activities and keeping things organized.
- Finances: Handling budgets, controlling costs, and making sure the restaurant is profitable.
- Menu: Planning and updating the menu, managing food quality and prices.
- Marketing: Promoting the restaurant to attract more customers.
- Safety: Following health and safety regulations, keeping the place clean.
- Suppliers: Dealing with suppliers for getting necessary items on time.
- Sales Targets: Setting and achieving goals to increase revenue.
- Community: Engaging with the local community and being involved in events.
- Technology: Using technology for tasks like orders, reservations, and improving efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, culinary arts or relevant field.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant management administration
- Good understanding of MS Office and restaurant software programs.
- Teamwork-oriented with outstanding leadership abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
