Location of restaurant: Mutiara Damansara

Responsibilities:

  • Staff: Hiring, training, and managing the restaurant team.
  • Customer Service: Ensuring customers are happy, dealing with any issues.
  • Operations: Running the day-to-day activities and keeping things organized.
  • Finances: Handling budgets, controlling costs, and making sure the restaurant is profitable.
  • Menu: Planning and updating the menu, managing food quality and prices.
  • Marketing: Promoting the restaurant to attract more customers.
  • Safety: Following health and safety regulations, keeping the place clean.
  • Suppliers: Dealing with suppliers for getting necessary items on time.
  • Sales Targets: Setting and achieving goals to increase revenue.
  • Community: Engaging with the local community and being involved in events.
  • Technology: Using technology for tasks like orders, reservations, and improving efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, culinary arts or relevant field.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant management administration
  • Good understanding of MS Office and restaurant software programs.
  • Teamwork-oriented with outstanding leadership abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
