Key Responsibilities:
- Perform MRP for packaging materials.
- To isssue Purchase Order and communicate with supplier to ensure order placed are well accepted.
- To update ISO reports to monitor supplier performance.
- To keep track supplier delivery according to planned schedule.
- To liaise with supplier on packaging materials quality issue, damaged/rejected items, return of trays & pallets.
- Sourcing non stock items requested by Production department.
Key requirements:
- Minimum SPM.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word & Powerpoint.
- Minimum one year of working experience in office administration & purchasing work.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
