As Human Resource Intern, you will be assist the whole recruitment process that involves account management, business development, and building great relationships with clients and candidates.
Responsibilities
- Assisting to build a sales prospect pool through careful applicants, Internet research, and networking.
- Assisting to ensure new business opportunities are developed through effective sales strategies, including but not limited to digital marketing, social media campaigning, events, self-lead generation, and other initiatives.
- Communicate with clients regarding specific job orders, candidate submittal, and other candidate matters (conference calls, etc.)
- Be responsive to clients’ inquiries and ability to resolve customer complaints.
- Seek, interview, assess, reference check, and place contract employees that satisfy the client's requirements.
- Continuously explore new recruiting sources, job boards, and forums to assist the recruiter in growing their candidate pools.
Requirements:
- Team player, Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust
- Good and fluent in English
- Have your own transportation
- WFH arrangement: Johor

Pay: RM800.00 per month
