As a Multimedia Content Producer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality video content, engaging digital media, and visually appealing designs that align with our clients' marketing strategies and brand identities. You will work collaboratively with our creative team to bring ideas to life and deliver compelling content across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities.

Videography

  • Plan, shoot, and edit video content for various campaigns, including commercials, social media, and web content. Operate and maintain video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio gear.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop storyboards, scripts, and shot lists.
  • Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines and client expectations.
  • Edit videos using advanced techniques, including colour correction, sound editing, and visual effects.
  • Incorporate motion graphics, animations, and other dynamic elements to enhance video content.
  • Use software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other industry-standard tools to produce polished, professional-quality videos.

Content Creation

  • Develop creative concepts and content for digital marketing campaigns, including social media posts, blogs, and website content.
  • Create compelling and shareable content that drives engagement and conversions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to produce innovative content.

Design

  • Design visually appealing graphics for both static (e.g., infographics, social media posts) and dynamic (e.g., animated graphics, video overlays) applications.
  • Create motion graphics and animations for video content, enhancing the visual appeal and storytelling of our projects.
  • Work with the creative team to develop and maintain brand consistency across all materials.
  • Use design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to create high-quality visuals that enhance our marketing efforts.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Film, Video Production, Multimedia, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Preferably at least 1-2 years of working experience in video editing and videography
  • Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro) and experience with video equipment and production techniques.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of video projects, from concept to completion.
  • Ability to think creatively and translate ideas into compelling video content.
  • Knowledge of animation and motion graphics.
  • Strong skills in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Excellent understanding of social media platforms and content trends.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and take direction.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Keen eye for detail, ensuring high-quality video production standards.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends, based on project needs.
