Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Electroplating Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and performing maintenance tasks on electroplating tanks and jigs, ensuring the smooth operation of the electroplating line, and leading production operators in their daily routines. This role requires a high level of responsibility, supervisory skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform maintenance tasks on electroplating tanks and jigs to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
  • Conduct and oversee control systems for the electroplating line, ensuring compliance with operational standards.
  • Lead and supervise production operators in performing their daily routine tasks efficiently and safely.
  • Prepare and maintain daily production and maintenance reports, documenting all activities and findings.
  • Verify and monitor the quality and performance of production operators’ work to ensure standards are met.
  • Assist production engineers with troubleshooting machine issues and addressing quality concerns promptly.
  • Implement improvement activities and initiatives to enhance the efficiency and quality of the electroplating line.
  • Maintain a high standard of housekeeping in the production area to ensure a clean and safe working environment.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the surface finishing industry, particularly in electroplating.

Special Requirements:

  • Highly responsible and reliable, with a strong commitment to quality and safety.
  • Willingness to work long hours, including overtime when necessary, to meet production demands.
  • Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
