  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present accurate monthly financial statements, reports and forecasts to Top Manager.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop, manage, and monitor annual budgets and financial plans.
  • Conduct variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance.
  • Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and project ledger functions.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments and reconciliations.
  • Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions and strategic planning.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all tax regulations especially on Service Tax, Corporate Tax, Transfer Pricing and Global Minimum Tax; ensure timely submission of all tax returns.
  • Liaise with external auditors and regulatory authorities as needed.
  • Assess financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate the risks.
  • Ensure internal controls are in place to safeguard company assets.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to other departments.
  • Prepare Quarterly Financial Report for Group consolidation.
  • Manage the treasury function and liaise with bankers on required facilities or bank queries.
  • Manage the full spectrum of finance and accounts for other subsidiaries; ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in the similar capacities.
  • Experience in financial statement preparation and audit activity.
  • Skill and proficient in Xero system.

Job Offers:

  • Basic salary starting from RM 7,000 - RM 11,000 (subjected to your skills and experiences)

  • Working hour is from Monday to Friday, from 08:30 ~ 17:30.
