- Collaborate with game developers, designers, and external partners to ensure seamless campaign execution.

- Manage marketing budgets, optimizing resource allocation to maximize ROI.
- Track and report key performance metrics, providing data-driven insights to senior management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
- Design and execute community engagement strategies to foster a loyal and active player base.
- Oversee social media platforms and forums, facilitating meaningful interactions with players.
- Organize online and offline community events to boost engagement and retention.
- Gather and analyze community feedback to inform game development and marketing decisions.
- Create engaging marketing content for social media, websites, and in-game promotions.
- Collaborate with the creative team to maintain brand consistency and high-quality visual assets.
- Monitor content performance, leveraging analytics to optimize engagement.

- Implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with company goals and vision.
- Identify and leverage growth opportunities through various marketing channels.

- Lead and mentor a team of 3–5 marketing professionals, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Delegate tasks efficiently, track performance, and provide constructive feedback.
- Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team.
Requirement :
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the gaming or entertainment industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and influencer marketing.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with data analysis and performance tracking tools to drive data-informed decisions.
- Passion for mobile games and a deep understanding of gaming communities and culture.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to RM9,000.00 per month
