  • Collaborate with game developers, designers, and external partners to ensure seamless campaign execution.

  • Manage marketing budgets, optimizing resource allocation to maximize ROI.
  • Track and report key performance metrics, providing data-driven insights to senior management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Design and execute community engagement strategies to foster a loyal and active player base.
  • Oversee social media platforms and forums, facilitating meaningful interactions with players.
  • Organize online and offline community events to boost engagement and retention.
  • Gather and analyze community feedback to inform game development and marketing decisions.
  • Create engaging marketing content for social media, websites, and in-game promotions.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to maintain brand consistency and high-quality visual assets.
  • Monitor content performance, leveraging analytics to optimize engagement.

  • Implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with company goals and vision.
  • Identify and leverage growth opportunities through various marketing channels.
  • Utilize market research and analytics to continuously refine and enhance marketing efforts.
  • Lead and mentor a team of 3–5 marketing professionals, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Delegate tasks efficiently, track performance, and provide constructive feedback.
  • Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team.

Requirement :

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the gaming or entertainment industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and influencer marketing.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with data analysis and performance tracking tools to drive data-informed decisions.
  • Passion for mobile games and a deep understanding of gaming communities and culture.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM9,000.00 per month
