What you will do in this role:
- Monitor stock levels and proactively identify purchasing needs based on demand.
- Track orders and ensure the timely delivery of goods to meet operational requirements.
- Collaborate with the Buyer to maintain safety stock levels and prevent stock from exceeding maximum inventory for common items.
- Ensure stock supplies do not interrupt by managing procurement processes efficiently.
- Check and match Goods Received Note (GRN) with Delivery Orders for accuracy.
- Quote outlets and branches on Standard Keeping Units (SKU), updating them on any price changes.
- Resolve all Purchase Requisitions from outlets and branches promptly.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage and organization of inventory.
- Liaise with suppliers for goods returning, managing the return process efficiently.
What you will need in this role:
- Solid organisational skills
- Good understanding of supply chain procedures
- Knowledge of MS Excel
