What you will do in this role:

  • Monitor stock levels and proactively identify purchasing needs based on demand.
  • Track orders and ensure the timely delivery of goods to meet operational requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Buyer to maintain safety stock levels and prevent stock from exceeding maximum inventory for common items.
  • Ensure stock supplies do not interrupt by managing procurement processes efficiently.
  • Check and match Goods Received Note (GRN) with Delivery Orders for accuracy.
  • Quote outlets and branches on Standard Keeping Units (SKU), updating them on any price changes.
  • Resolve all Purchase Requisitions from outlets and branches promptly.
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage and organization of inventory.
  • Liaise with suppliers for goods returning, managing the return process efficiently.

What you will need in this role:

  • Solid organisational skills
  • Good understanding of supply chain procedures
  • Knowledge of MS Excel
