Key Responsibilities:

Property Management:

  • Ensure timely collection of property rental and payments
  • Coordinate tenancy handovers and property inspections
  • Manage lease agreements for new and renewing tenants in a timely manner.
  • Monitor tenants’ compliance with rental policies, terms, and conditions as outlined in lease agreements.

Property Maintenance:

  • Manage inquiries and resolve issues related to rentals, maintenance, and general property concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate and oversee the property maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
  • Obtain and compare quotes from contractors and oversee the execution of maintenance and repair jobs.
  • Prioritize emergency or urgent work orders and ensure they are addressed promptly.
  • Monitor and report on the condition of properties, identifying potential issues before they become major problems

Administrative Support:

  • Manage rental records and send rent rental reminders, invoices, and receipts to tenants.
  • Manage property records (security deposits, rent payments, utilities payments, property management fees, quit rent and assessment etc.).
  • Prepare property management, rental and maintenance reports
  • Handle tenant inquiries and complaints with a high level of customer service.
  • Work with building management office personnel, Property Agents, tenants, contractors, service providers, lawyers, architects, technicians.

Qualifications:

  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A degree or certification in property management, real estate, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management or administrative support, with a focus on scheduling, maintenance, or related fields.
  • Skills:
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. (English & Bahasa Malaysia)
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Drive

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Johor Bahru (Johor Bahru): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
