  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Title: Assistant / Sales Manager

Location: Wings by Croske Resort Langkawi

Summary:

This role plays a pivotal role in driving revenue and expanding the client base for our Resort. We are seeking seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry, proven leadership skills and passion for exceeding sales targets. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, excellent negotiator and a builder of strong relationships with key decision-makers.

Responsibilities:

· Experience in Corporate / Government / Travel Agent

· Solicit new business and servicing existing clients to achieve budgeted revenue for year 2024

· To be in-charged of overall aspect of Sales department to generate revenue from Room, MICE and Catering

· Develop and implement effective sales & marketing strategy to drive Sales revenue and market share growth

· Develop accurate sales forecast and monitor performance against given budget

· Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the Management Team

· Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities and opportunity for expansion

· Own recruiting, objective setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, accommodate their needs and ensuring high level of customer satisfaction

· Represent Property at industry events, trade show and networking functions

Requirements and Skills:

· Diploma / Degree in Business Administration or any related filed

· Successful track record in previous employment as a Sales Associate

· Demonstrated ability to communicate present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization

· Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

· Strong sense of business and industry expertise

· Good people skills
