- Develop comprehensive sales plans that incorporate both short-term and long-term goals.
- Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; and analyzing trends and results.
- Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; and projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure effective implementation of sales strategies.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Implement best practices and process improvements to optimize sales operations and enhance efficiency.
- Identify and address barriers to sales effectiveness and propose solutions for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends to maintain a competitive edge.
