  • Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; and projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure effective implementation of sales strategies.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer experience and operational efficiency.
  • Implement best practices and process improvements to optimize sales operations and enhance efficiency.
  • Identify and address barriers to sales effectiveness and propose solutions for improvement.
