  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

The PMO will play a vital role in supporting the Demand Phase of the Group Performance Management system implementation. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual capable of managing the project logistics, ensuring effective communication, and tracking progress. The PMO will be responsible for creating project management plans, coordinating workshops, validating requirements, and ensuring all project documentation is maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project management plans for the demand phase.
  • Arrange all logistical requirements for design thinking workshops, including venue booking, materials preparation, and participant coordination.
  • Validate requirements gathered from different lines of business, ensuring consistency and completeness.
  • Capture and track all action items and meeting minutes.
  • Monitor project progress and report on key milestones and potential risks.
  • Ensure all project documentation is properly maintained and accessible.
  • Collaborate closely with the business analysts to ensure smooth execution of the demand phase.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Systems or a related field.
  • Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in a PMO role, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience working with Finance teams (Management Reporting, Financial Reporting, Budgeting, and Forecasting) is a significant advantage.
  • PMP certification is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM12,000.00 - RM13,000.00 per month
