About the Role

Join a high-energy team in the fast-growing health & wellness industry, helping spas, wellness centers, clinics, therapy providers, and more thrive. As an Operation Executive, you will jump straight into actiondriving sales, merchant onboarding, stakeholder management, and business expansion while ensuring smooth operations.

This is not a role for someone who needs extensive hand-holding. You will be given the tools, the strategy, and the vision—your job is to execute, close deals, and make things happen!

Key Responsibilities1. Sales, Business Development & Revenue Growth

  • Actively pitch and sell our platform’s benefits to potential merchants.
  • Close deals and onboard new merchants, ensuring they maximize platform benefits.
  • Hit sales targets through lead generation, follow-ups, and converting prospects into active users.
  • Negotiate contracts and drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
  • Upsell and cross-sell additional services to existing merchants.

2. Merchant Onboarding & Relationship Building

  • Guide merchants through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience.
  • Conduct one-on-one consultations and provide customized solutions for business needs.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships to ensure continued merchant engagement.
  • Conduct in-person meetings, video calls, and attend business events to drive conversions.

3. Stakeholder & Appointment Management

  • Manage directors’ schedules, set up key meetings, and ensure smooth follow-ups.
  • Organize and confirm onboarding, consultations, and follow-up appointments.
  • Maintain strong communication with clients, partners, and key stakeholders to enhance relationships.

4. Market Understanding & Lead Generation

  • Stay updated on health & wellness industry trends and competitors’ activities.
  • Use social media and digital tools to identify, attract, and connect with potential merchants.
  • Conduct market research to find new opportunities and generate leads.

5. Public Relations & Event Representation

  • Represent directors at industry events, networking functions, and business meetings.
  • Assist in organizing and executing events to maximize business exposure.
  • Speak confidently on behalf of the company and showcase platform benefits to potential partners.

6. Communication, Tech & Digital Marketing Integration

  • Draft compelling sales emails and proposals, ensuring communication aligns with company objectives.
  • Utilize AI tools, CRM systems, and digital marketing platforms to enhance sales efficiency.
  • Engage with influencers and online platforms to increase visibility and attract new merchants.

7. Administrative & Reporting Tasks

  • Maintain CRM records and track merchant interactions, sales progress, and onboarding status.
  • Generate reports on sales performance, lead conversion rates, and merchant satisfaction.
  • Keep accurate records of contracts, correspondence, and meeting notes.

What We’re Looking For

Sales-Driven: Ability to sell, close deals, and hit revenue targets from Day 1.
Experience: Background in sales, business development, operations, or merchant onboarding is a plus.
Health & Wellness Passion: Interest in or experience with the health & wellness industry.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and negotiation skills.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with CRM tools, digital platforms, and social media.
Proactive & Creative: Ability to think outside the box, solve problems, and drive results.
Organized & Reliable: Capable of managing multiple projects and relationships simultaneously.
Travel & Driving License: Willing to travel for meetings, events, and appointments (valid driver’s license required).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
