  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.

Permanent Night Shift – Customer Service Representative (Mandarin)

Work Location: KL Sentral (Onsite)
Working Days: Monday – Sunday (night shift; any 5 days)
Working Hours: 9-hour shifts

Job Description:

We are looking for a bilingual Customer Service Representative fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken, written, and reading).

Key Requirements:

  • Bilingual in English & Mandarin (B1/B2 English level)
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service
  • Ability to multitask and use multiple applications simultaneously (CRM experience preferred)
  • Familiarity with macOS, Windows, Android, etc.
  • Basic skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Call center experience is preferable
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to engage with clients
  • Familiarity with the healthcare industry is an advantage
  • Flexible schedule availability

Education:

  • Open to SPM holders with relevant contact center/customer service experience
  • Fresh graduates and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply
