Permanent Night Shift – Customer Service Representative (Mandarin)
Work Location: KL Sentral (Onsite)
Working Days: Monday – Sunday (night shift; any 5 days)
Working Hours: 9-hour shifts
Job Description:
We are looking for a bilingual Customer Service Representative fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken, written, and reading).
Key Requirements:
- Bilingual in English & Mandarin (B1/B2 English level)
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service
- Ability to multitask and use multiple applications simultaneously (CRM experience preferred)
- Familiarity with macOS, Windows, Android, etc.
- Basic skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Call center experience is preferable
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to engage with clients
- Familiarity with the healthcare industry is an advantage
- Flexible schedule availability
Education:
- Open to SPM holders with relevant contact center/customer service experience
- Fresh graduates and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply
