Inside Sales Account Manager
Job Purpose:
Engage with unmanaged global accounts provided on an assigned basis to build relationships, profile the company, technology, industry and competitive footprint
Job Responsibiities:
Experience in cloud selling
Sales and account management experience within the IT industry
Ensure sales opportunities are successfully managed through the Sales Process to the 100% Close/Deploy stage.
Demonstrate a high degree of knowledge of the client’s products, license/services offerings, and software compliance in messages to customers
Convert client leads into sales opportunities through contacts with customers
Build and maintain relationship with key decision makers within assigned child accounts with documented account plans
Adhere to Worldwide Tele processes and standards consistent with the operational framework
Job Requirements:
Experience within a sales and account management background
Experienced B2B sales person with exceptional communication skills and the ability to speak with people from all levels
Awareness and knowledge within the IT/telecoms products, services and market.
Ability to take ownership and work independently
Proven track record of delivering against revenue targets and timelines
Business communication skills both verbally and written in English
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
