Little Atelier Music is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrator to manage the daily operations and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the music academy. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure a smooth and professional experience for students, parents, and support the administration of Little Atelier Music.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Scheduling and Attendance Management:

  • Maintain and update the student and teacher scheduling calendar with precision.
  • Accurately record and manage student attendance.
  • Communicate scheduling changes effectively with parents and teachers.

2. Customer Service:

  • Serve as the first point of contact, welcoming students, parents, and visitors with professionalism and warmth.
  • Provide accurate information and guidance regarding academy programs and policies.
  • Handle payment transactions efficiently, including issuing receipts.
  • Clearly explain academy policies and procedures to parents and students.
  • Foster a positive and professional atmosphere in the front office and studio.

3. Administrative Operations:

  • Maintain and organize student records, including attendance and payment details.
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries professionally and promptly.
  • Oversee student registrations and class schedules.
  • Prepare invoices and send timely reminders for payments.
  • Ensure the studio remains clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
  • Input and manage data in internal systems with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Perform general administrative tasks to support staff and ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of academy events.
  • Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the academy by anticipating needs and taking proactive action.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin to effectively engage with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Prior experience in administrative roles is preferred but not essential.
  • A background in music or familiarity with music education is an advantage.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Working Days: Monday – Friday

Working Hours: 11.30am – 8.30pm

Location: Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
