Responsibilities:

  • Purchase goods and materials in line with specific cost, quality, and margin requirements.
  • Support the purchasing department and other relevant departments to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Liaise with local and overseas suppliers for sample requests, delivery schedules, etc.
  • Negotiate the best deals for the company.
  • Monitor stock availability for all SKUs.
  • Communicate effectively with the management team to ensure order accuracy.
  • Visit retail stores regularly and collaborate with retail teams to ensure the right products are on shelves and attractively displayed to engage customers.
  • Stay updated with market trends by conducting research to maintain competitive positioning and gain market insights.
  • Conduct sales reviews to achieve sales targets.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Possess a minimum Diploma/Degree in Business, Merchandising, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
