Responsibilities:
- Purchase goods and materials in line with specific cost, quality, and margin requirements.
- Support the purchasing department and other relevant departments to ensure smooth business operations.
- Liaise with local and overseas suppliers for sample requests, delivery schedules, etc.
- Negotiate the best deals for the company.
- Monitor stock availability for all SKUs.
- Communicate effectively with the management team to ensure order accuracy.
- Visit retail stores regularly and collaborate with retail teams to ensure the right products are on shelves and attractively displayed to engage customers.
- Stay updated with market trends by conducting research to maintain competitive positioning and gain market insights.
- Conduct sales reviews to achieve sales targets.
- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Possess a minimum Diploma/Degree in Business, Merchandising, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
