Job Description

Position: Customer Service Administrator

Location: Senai, Johor

Reporting to: Customer Service Manager

POSITION SUMMARY :

To service and co-ordinate all order related activities to meet the requirements of the customers.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.

2. Fresh Graduate (Mandarin speaker) are encourage to apply

3. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Words application.

4. Good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.

5. Ability to work under pressure and adaptable to change.

6. Possess a pleasant personality.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
