Job Description:
As an Operations Manager, you will oversee and streamline internal operational processes to ensure the efficiency and smooth running of company's business functions. You will work across departments to optimize workflows, manage resources, and enhance service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency across different business functions.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve internal processes.
- Collaborate with various teams (e.g., sales, marketing, academic teams) to ensure alignment in operations.
- Monitor key performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Manage budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure operational goals are met.
Requirements:
· Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
· Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; candidates with prior experience in operations or the education industry are preferred.
· Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
· Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management tools, and data analysis.
- Proficient in both Mandarin and English
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
