Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Management

- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, events, etc.) to achieve business goals.

- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.

2. Content Creation

- Develop engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.

- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing marketing materials.

3. Market Research

- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.

- Analyze data to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.

4. Social Media Management

- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter).

- Create and schedule posts, engage with followers, and monitor social media metrics.

5. SEO and Analytics

- Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic traffic.

- Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) to track and report on campaign performance.

6. Collaboration

- Work closely with sales, product, and design teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

- Support the planning and execution of events, webinars, and trade shows.

7. Budget Management

- Assist in managing the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective strategies.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

- 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a similar role.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email, and social media.

- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Hootsuite, Canva).

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).

Pay: RM1,787.98 - RM3,000.00 per month
