  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports, statements, and reconciliations.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and company policies.
  • Prepare tax submissions (SST, corporate tax, etc.) and liaise with external auditors and tax authorities.
  • Monitor cash flow and manage budgeting activities.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing required documents and explanations.
  • Assist in cost analysis, financial planning, and forecasting.
  • Maintain organized financial records and documentation.
  • Perform ad-hoc financial tasks as required by management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, tax regulations, and accounting software (e.g., SQL, SAP, or similar).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry is an added advantage.

Pay: From RM2,300.00 per month
