Responsibilities:

  • Manage the executive's calendar, schedule meetings and appointments
  • Prepare, organize and handle confidential documents and correspondence
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports and meeting agendas
  • Act as a point of contact between the executive and internal/external parties
  • Handle office administrative tasks such as filing, record keeping and ordering supplies
  • Attend meetings, take minutes and ensure follow-ups are completed
  • Provide general support to visitors and liaise with other departments as needed

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field
  • Proven experience as a Secretary, Personal Assistant, or similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure and maintain confidentially
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
