Position Overview:
The Malaysia Sales Manager will be in charge of increasing sales and business growth in Malaysia. This role involves working closely with customers, understanding market trends, and helping the company deliver products that meet customer needs. The manager will also work with different teams within the company to ensure the business thrives and grows.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership: Lead efforts to meet sales goals and growth targets for the

company in Malaysia.

Market Strategy: Develop and execute plans to increase market share and

profitability in Malaysia.

Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors,

agents, and customers.

Collaboration: Work closely with teams like R&D, Marketing, and Operations to

deliver great products and services to customers.

Market Trends: Stay updated on market changes and customer needs, and share

insights with the team to adapt strategies.

Long-term Growth: Help the company expand and grow in Malaysia over the next

few years.

Performance Tracking: Regularly check on business progress and make sure goals

are being met.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration,

or a related field.

Experience: At least 5-8 years of experience in sales and business development,

ideally in the electronics or industrial sectors.

Language: Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Industry Knowledge: Experience in industries that sell through commercial or retail

channels is a plus.
