1. Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet company revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities, markets, and potential clients.
- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiation with clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
2. Marketing Campaigns and Strategy:
- Plan and implement marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and product promotion.
- Create and manage digital marketing initiatives including social media, email campaigns, and online ads.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing efforts align with sales goals.
- Organize and participate in marketing events such as trade shows, product launches, or seminars.
3. Brand Management:
- Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing platforms.
- Assist in creating promotional content including brochures, website copy, and advertisements.
- Collaborate with design teams to create engaging promotional materials.
4. Reporting and Feedback:
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.
- Provide feedback to the management team regarding sales trends, customer preferences, and potential areas for improvement.
- Generate regular sales and marketing reports for review by management.
5. Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers and clients to ensure customer loyalty.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.
6. Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Work closely with the sales team, marketing department, and other departments to align efforts and achieve common goals.
- Provide support to the sales team by providing marketing materials, presentations, and other resources.
- Assist in the development of training programs or workshops for sales staff.
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools, , and social media platforms.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software (e.g., Google Analytics, social media tools)
