Job Overview
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with key customers or clients of a company. The primary focus of a key account for a sales executive is to maximize profitability from these key accounts while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities
- Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
- Identify potential customers and prospects through research, networking, and market analysis.
- Present and demonstrate products/services to potential clients
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and other documentation.
- Participate in sales meetings, training, and strategy discussions.
- To provide new client acquisition and business development
- To make market survey and market insight
- To help our franchise stores
- To help in new outlet activation
Job Requirement
- Diploma in in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field or Sales Certifications, (Certifications like Certified Professional Sales Person (CPSP), or certifications from recognized organizations.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the relevant industry
- Success in meeting or exceeding sales targets, with concrete examples or metrics, chart, or commission.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the relevant industry
- Ability to present products/services in a compelling way, both in-person and virtually.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and sales activities efficiently.
- Problem-Solving, the ability to handle customer objections and resolve conflicts in a professional manner
- Ability to work independently and stay driven to meet sales targets.
Other Specification
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (preferably fluent in Mandarin)
- Willing to travel for client meetings and appointments
- Attractive and well-presented
- Familiar with social media - Building relationships and networking.
