  • Provide administrative & sales support to the team.
  • Track advertising projects & monitor schedules.
  • Liaise with media owners, suppliers & vendors.
  • Prepare quotations, contracts & invoices.
  • Ensure smooth billing & payment processes.
  • Take full responsibility for assigned tasks, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
  • Strong command of English (Chinese-speaking is an added advantage).
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
  • Good communication skills – able to liaise effectively with suppliers, vendors & clients.
  • Responsible and reliable – takes ownership of tasks and follows through to completion.
  • Strong work ethic – able to meet deadlines and deliver quality results.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changes.
  • Team player with strong people skills.
  • Willing to take on additional responsibilities when required.
  • Location: Kuchai Lama
  • Working Hours: Monday – Friday (9:30 AM – 6:30 PM)

    Salary Range:

    • Junior (2 years' experience and above): RM 2,500 – RM 3,500
    • Senior (3 years' experience and above): RM 3,500 – RM 4,800
