- Provide administrative & sales support to the team.
- Track advertising projects & monitor schedules.
- Liaise with media owners, suppliers & vendors.
- Prepare quotations, contracts & invoices.
- Ensure smooth billing & payment processes.
- Take full responsibility for assigned tasks, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Strong command of English (Chinese-speaking is an added advantage).
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
- Good communication skills – able to liaise effectively with suppliers, vendors & clients.
- Responsible and reliable – takes ownership of tasks and follows through to completion.
- Strong work ethic – able to meet deadlines and deliver quality results.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changes.
- Team player with strong people skills.
- Willing to take on additional responsibilities when required.
- Location: Kuchai Lama
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday (9:30 AM – 6:30 PM)

Salary Range:
- Junior (2 years' experience and above): RM 2,500 – RM 3,500
- Senior (3 years' experience and above): RM 3,500 – RM 4,800
