  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  • Maintain strong customer relationships for long-term business success.

  • Ensure timely payment collection for healthy cash flow.
  • Execute tasks assigned by senior management.
  • Serve as the main contact for assigned customers, managing orders, deliveries, shipments, invoicing, and payments.
  • Coordinate with transporters and agents for smooth and timely deliveries.
  • Collaborate with customers on forecasts, pricing, orders, and shipping.
  • Assist overseas and local sales teams as needed.
  • Conduct customer visits to ensure service quality.
  • Support company objectives and propose process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in any field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a sales-related role from any industry.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage, as the role involves liaising with customers from China and Taiwan.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service and knowledge of quality systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Willing to travel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
