Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and travel agents.
- Actively promote and sell hotel rooms and banquet packages to meet sales targets.
- Conduct client site visits, present proposals, and negotiate contracts.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless event execution and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports to management.
Requirements:
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to travel to client sites.
- Previous experience in hotel sales or a related field preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Customer-focused with a proactive sales approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel booking systems is an advantage.
