  • Handle full set of accounts and ensure timely submission of monthly reports
  • Handle daily accounting functions (AP, AR & Invoice) and monthly closing activities
  • Prepare month-end reconciliations and analysis of general ledger accounts, expenses and expenditures for budget purpose
  • Keep track and follow up debtor outstanding payment.
  • Responsible for proper bookkeeping and management of accounts payables.
  • Maintain, control and reconcile petty cash
  • Responsible for stock take and conduct month-end closing stock verification
  • Verify and check staff claims and suppliers’ invoices
  • Preparation of management accounts and financial reports
  • Liaising with tax agents, auditors, bank officers and other authority bodies as necessary
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial alignment.
  • Proper documentation and filling.
  • Handle some general administrative tasks
  • Monitoring and follow-up on administrative procedures: office tenancy renewal, insurance renewal, etc
  • Arrange repairs and maintenance for office equipment
  • Assist on coordinate meetings, including setup, lunch arrangements, and special events.
  • Provide general administrative support.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned by HOD.
  • Minimum Diploma / Degree in Accounting field
  • At least 1-2 years of working experience
  • Good computer skills with proficiency in MS Word and Excel
  • Language: Mandarin, Cantonese, English, Bahasa Malaysia in spoken & written
  • High sense of urgency, sensitivity and confidentiality
  • Candidate with SQL accounting software would be advantage.
