- Develop, create and execute creative and engaging content including photos, videos and written posts that showcase the brand identity.
- Responsible for conceptualizing content development, creative strategies and sourcing suitable materials for continuous content growth.
- Stay updated on social media trends and news by regularly on platform; Facebook, TikTok and Instagram.
- Collaborate with cross-team to brainstorm and execute innovative campaigns that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Able to work closely for event coordination to oversee the planning, organizing, and execution of content events. To coordinate with internal team and external partners to ensure smooth operations.
- Responsible to questions and comments on company's social media.
- Record videos and capture photos at every company event, and design for social media use.
- Able to understand and do basic editing (graphic design) for digital posting purposes.
- Perform other duties as directed by the company.
- Strong verbal, excellent copywriting skill(s), communication, and creative storyteller skill(s) in both languages Bahasa Malaysia and English, Other languages will be a plus
- At least 2-5 years of working experience
- Preferably with prior experience in any digital marketing agency or field content creator/writer
- Good personality and good interpersonal skills
- Good understanding and strong human relation skills
- Able to work independently
- Able to meet deadlines with the right sense of urgency and ownership.
- Self-proactive, initiative, and motivated attitudes are a MUST.
