  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

POSITION: MULTI AXIS NC PROFILE SPECIALIST Job Descriptions: • Develop, implement, and optimize NC (Numerical Control) programs for multi-axis CNC machines, including 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis machines. • Utilize CAD/CAM software to create and modify toolpaths for complex components. • Inspect and verify finished parts against design specifications using precision measuring instruments. • Continuously improve machining processes to increase efficiency, reduce cycle times, and minimize waste. • Diagnose and resolve issues related to NC programs, tooling, machine operations, and material inconsistencies. • Maintain accurate documentation of NC programs, setup sheets, tooling lists, and process workflows. • Work closely with design engineers, production teams, and quality assurance personnel to ensure that machined components meet all technical and quality standards. • Lead and guide a group of multi axis nc profile specialist on machining activities. • Responsibility includes inspecting machined components after operations. • Setup, operate and program multi axis nc profile machines to fabricate the precision parts based on given drawing. • Responsible and prepare daily production output as per production schedule. • Prepare 2d /3d programme using master cam and transfer the data to machine. • Assist engineering department. Head on any other job related issuse. • Ability to read and interpret 2d & 3d engineering drawing. • Plan and monitor the projects untill all the machining operations are completed. • Manage projects based on customer specifications and requirements. • Trouble shoot and fine tune machining operations during trial. • Work closely with other staff to achieve company’s objectives of efficent production and good quality at minimum cost. Requirement: 1) Minimum 5 years above experience in MULTI AXIS NC PROFILE 2) Must possess equivalent certification. 3) Able to perform machining products according to work order and drawing requirement. 4) Follows all established safety procedures and practices. 5) Keep maintenance data and report on daily activities.
