CREATIVE DIRECTOR

• Directly reporting to Regional Manager from Japan • Lead and support the creative team, including regional requests. • Generate and oversee creative design ideas. • Create designs for print and digital platforms (e.g., packaging, brochures, banners, social media, website). • Maintain and apply brand identity guidelines across all designs. • Collaborate with teams to create innovative designs aligned with project goals. • Apply strong typography, layout, and composition skills to enhance designs. • Create cohesive visual stories through photography and videography. • Stay updated on design trends and tools. • Present and refine designs based on stakeholder feedback. • Ensure quality and consistency in all design outputs. • Any other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time. • Execute ad-hoc tasks assigned by the manager. • REQUIREMENTS: • 1. Minimum 3 years of experience in videography and video content producing • 2. Photography skills are an added advantage. • 3. Sensitive to timelines with effective time management skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. • 4. Collaborative and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, sometimes under pressure and tight deadlines. • 5. Proactive, innovative, constantly adapting to new ideas. • 6. Certificate related to digital content will be an added advantage. • 7. Must be fluent in Japanese language to communicate with native Japanese customer and supplier.
