We are seeking a motivated individual to join us as an Assistant Brand Manager. In this role, you will support the management of client accounts and assist in the execution of brand strategies and marketing campaigns. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of client projects, focusing on client satisfaction and business growth. SCOPE OF WORK Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned brands, building strong and lasting client relationships based on trust and mutual respect. Coordinate the execution of client projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work that meets or exceeds client expectations. Understand client needs, objectives, and challenges, and develop strategic brand solutions that drive business growth and success. Oversee the planning, execution, and optimisation of marketing campaigns, including social media, performance and search marketing, and content-driven initiatives. Contribute to the development and implementation of brand strategies for client projects, working closely with internal teams to ensure alignment with client goals and objectives. Assist in maintaining consistency in brand identity across all communication channels and touchpoints. Conduct market research and analyse consumer insights to inform brand strategies and messaging. Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, analysing data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and campaigns, fostering a collaborative and positive working environment. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients, driving revenue growth and client satisfaction. Prepare campaign quotations and invoices with constant follow ups with Finance and client. Stay up to date on industry trends and innovations to continuously improve brand communication. Conduct internal team training on agreed subject matters. Any other projects/jobs assigned from time to time. KEY COMPETENCIES Strong understanding of brand strategy, creative development, and digital marketing principles. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade clients and internal stakeholders. Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and delivering results-driven brand campaigns. Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a passion for innovation and problem-solving. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. KEY RESULT AREAS Project Management, 360 Brand Marketing (Offline and Online), KOL Management, Reporting and Analysis, Strategy, Budget Management ESSENTIAL SKILLS (BEHAVIORAL/TECHNICAL) 1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Strong organisational and time management abilities. 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data analysis. 4. Familiarity with digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, SEMrush, and Hotjar to manage campaigns and analyse data. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or related roles. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
