Account Assistant

We are searching for a Finance Assistant to join our team at Frontken Malaysia Sdn Bhd, based in the Kulim Hi-Tech Park, Kedah. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial and administrative support to our accounting department. What you'll be doing Preparing and processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions Assisting with the preparation of monthly financial reports and statements Providing support in the month-end and year-end closing processes Performing data entry and general administrative duties as required Ensuring all financial activities comply with company policies and procedures What we're looking for Relevant diploma in Accounting, Finance or a related field At least 2 years of experience in a similar finance/accounting role Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical and analytical skills Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with Malaysian accounting standards and regulations Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting processes and procedures.
