Principal Responsibilities: (i) Sales Strategy Development: a. Develop strategic sales plans and initiatives to drive revenue growth and market share expansion. b. Identify market opportunities, customer segments, and target accounts to focus sales efforts and maximize profitability. c. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product and service enhancements. (ii) Customer Relationship Management: a. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions. b. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective customer engagement strategies, including regular visits, presentations, and follow-up activities. (iii) Business Development: a. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the company's customer base and market presence. b. Lead negotiations and contract discussions with key accounts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions that align with company objectives. (iv) Team Leadership and Management: a. Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve sales targets and individual performance goals. b. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the sales team, promoting teamwork and knowledge sharing. (v) Sales Forecasting and Reporting: a. Conduct sales forecasting and performance analysis to track progress against targets, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales and marketing strategies. b. Prepare regular sales reports, presentations, and dashboards for management review, highlighting key insights, achievements, and areas for improvement. (vi) Cross-Functional Coordination: a. Coordinate sales operations with all other departments of the Company to ensure alignment and collaboration. b. Develop and maintain business relations with all customers of the Company in specified business segments. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field; master’s degree is a plus. or • Proven experience in sales and marketing & engineering roles, preferably in the plastics injection industry or related manufacturing sector. • Knowledge on ethical business practices. • Familiar with Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and IATF 16929) • Able to read diagram and customer drawing. • Knowledge on plastics injection specification • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders. • Leadership capabilities, with experience in leading and developing high performing sales teams. • Analytical mindset, with proficiency in sales forecasting, market analysis, and performance tracking. • Creativity and innovation in developing marketing campaigns and promotional activities. • Proficiency Microsoft Office Suite and SAP system
