Job Responsibilities:

  • Supplier management and purchasing related works, including running MRP, submitting purchasing request on time, releasing order to vendors, following confirmed shipping date from vendors, material receiving, payment etc.
  • Be responsible for suppliers on-time delivery, keep production line to build. Control all BOMs to meet FKR (full kitting rate) and ATP (available to promise).
  • Address and resolve situation such as shortages, allocation, bad balances and discrepancy.
  • Responsible for data summarization, establish the supply database of material purchasing analyze and propose on short-term & long-term purchasing strategies to avoid shortage

and excess.

  • Collect the information of material group and supplier, conduct analysis, set up material group supply strategy based on given targets and requirements, and implement the Strategy.
  • Market supply analysis for responsible material group: supplier bench

marking, supply risk scouting etc.

  • Be responsible for material inventory controlling, analysis excess and obsolete and output E&O report to the project manager or end customers monthly to reduce inventory
  • Taking care of electronics components: IC, PCB, Capacitor, Resistors, others.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree major in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Science and Engineering.
  • 2+ years’ experience of electronic components purchasing in EMS industry.
  • Familiar with SAP/Oracle, ERP, MRP system.
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Office especially Excel.
  • Strong initiative in work and good communication and coordinating ability.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
