Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support or a help desk role; experience with accounting systems preferred but not required. Basic technical knowledge of hardware, software, and network systems. Tasks & Responsibilities Provide technical support via phone, email, chat, or in-person to internal staff and external clients. Promptly address and resolve technical issues related to accounting software. Monitor and maintain accounting systems for optimal performance and uptime. Install and configure accounting, POS, and payroll software on various devices. Troubleshoot basic network issues. Accurately and promptly document technical issues and solutions. Offer training and support to staff on accounting systems and software as needed. Participate in assigned IT projects and initiatives related to accounting systems.
