Confidential Payroll Responsibilities: • Handle payroll processing, including salary computation, statutory contributions, and payment processing. • Ensure timely and accurate payroll execution in compliance with company policies and legal requirements. • Assist in the administration of compensation & benefits, including claims, allowances, and bonuses. Requirements: • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or equivalent. • Minimum 5 years of working experience in payroll and HR administration. • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to maintain accurate documentation. • Strong knowledge of payroll processing, statutory regulations (EPF, SOCSO, PCB, EIS, HRDF), and employment laws. • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. • Able to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
