Key Responsibilities: * Provide timely and effective support to customers via email, chat, and phone. * Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve them or escalate to higher tiers when necessary. * Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service. * Execute and troubleshoot SQL queries to assist with customer reports and data analysis. * Collaborate with the development and database teams to resolve basic technical issues. * Ensure data accuracy and integrity when handling customer data. * Assist in configuring and maintaining user accounts setting or system settings based on customer request. * Provide guidance to customers on system setup and customization. * Document and maintain records of configuration changes and solutions.
