Key Responsibilities:- Identify and acquire new business opportunities in logistics and forwarding services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends and customer needs.
- Present the company’s services to potential clients, emphasizing the value proposition.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and suppliers.
- Follow up with leads and ensure timely responses to client inquiries.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documents.
- Collaborate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of services.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to increase brand awareness.
Requirements:- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role, preferably in the logistics or forwarding industry.
- Strong knowledge of logistics, forwarding, or supply chain services.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to meet sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken);
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
