Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new business opportunities in logistics and forwarding services.
  • ⁠Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • ⁠Conduct market research to identify new trends and customer needs.
  • ⁠Present the company’s services to potential clients, emphasizing the value proposition.
  • ⁠Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and suppliers.
  • ⁠Follow up with leads and ensure timely responses to client inquiries.
  • ⁠Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documents.
  • ⁠Collaborate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of services.
  • ⁠Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • ⁠Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to increase brand awareness.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role, preferably in the logistics or forwarding industry.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics, forwarding, or supply chain services.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • ⁠Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to meet sales targets.
  • ⁠Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • ⁠Fluent in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken);
  • ⁠A Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
