This role is critical in supporting our US Sales Director and ensuring that all paperwork related to sales transactions is prepared accurately and efficiently to maximize profits. Key Responsibilities: 1. Prepare sales quotations in a timely manner, ensuring all details are accurate and reflect current pricing. 2. Draft and finalize sales contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. 3. Generate deposit invoices and commercial invoices for customer transactions. Coordinate stock release documentation to facilitate timely delivery of products. 4. Collaborate with the sales team to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency. 5. Maintain organized records of all sales documentation and correspondence. 6. Assist in resolving any issues related to sales paperwork and documentation. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred. 2. Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role. 3. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). 4. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. 5. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 6. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English.
