We are seeking a proactive and meticulous HR Executive Payroll & Admin to join our shared service team, accurately handles payroll across multiple entities. This role offer exposure to a variety of industries, ideal for a candidate who thrives in a dynamic environment and has a strong command of excel for general reports and data analysis. https://www.linkedin.com/company/tg-group-sg/?viewAsMember=true Key responsibilities Payroll Management – Accurate process payroll across various entities Bi-Weekly & Monthly in a timely manner, filing payroll tax returns, reconciling payroll & resolving discrepancies, ensuring compliance with legal and company policies. HR Operations Administration: Focus on tasks related to insurance, claims, letter writing, payroll tax deposits, other HR documentation including fillings and ad-hoc assignments. Data and Reporting: Utilize Excel for data management, reporting and payroll analysis. Compliance and Documentation : Maintain and update employee records, process employee claims, ensure HR policies are followed. Communication and Support : Collaborate with team members and support employee in HR and Payroll related inquiries. What we are looking for Diploma in Business Administration, Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field with a minimum of two years of experience in payroll processing. Proficiency in payroll software Payboy will be an added advantage. Strong Excel skills, with experience generating detailed reports Fast learner, meticulous, detail-oriented, able to maintain confidentiality and work independently. Good interpersonal skills, accountability, initiative, team player with a positive working attitude. Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with employees. Ability to work efficiently in a shared services model across multiple industries and entities.
