Responsibilities: 1. Assist in coordinating the procurement requirements and conducting technical review and evaluation of specifications for educational, audiovisual, and related equipment. 2. Oversee the management, maintenance, and after-sales service of educational, audiovisual, air conditioning, and other related equipment and facilities, in coordination with the vendor, including: a. Recording and documenting repair requests b. Maintaining a detailed log of all repairs and maintenance activities c. Managing inventory of equipment, auxiliary materials, and spare parts, and ensuring accurate registration and tracking. 3. Provide support in monitoring the progress of installation and construction projects for various equipment, ensuring timely execution and final acceptance of the completed works. 4. Offer support in the planning and facilitation of significant school events and major conferences, ensuring smooth operations. 5. Conduct regular inspections every Monday and Tuesday across designated areas, including L1-L4, the 3A Ballroom, two main campus conference rooms, the Business School 2F/3F, and other public areas such as hallways, corridors, and tea rooms. Ensure proper documentation and registration of all inspections and facility checks. 6. Assisting in other projects or duties as required and directed by the Head of Department from time to time. Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical Management, or related fields. 2. Proven experience in managing and maintaining audiovisual, lighting, and air conditioning equipment. 3. Familiarity with procurement processes and technical evaluations. 4. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining records and inventory. 5. Ability to oversee equipment installation projects from initiation to completion. 6. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to provide technical support during high-pressure events. 7. Proficiency in Mandarin is required, with the ability to read and understand equipment manuals in Mandarin. 8. Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to coordinate with vendors and internal departments.
