  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join our team for an upcoming road construction project in Sarawak. If you have experience in infrastructure projects and are ready for a new challenge, we want to hear from you! Position: Quantity Surveyor (QS) Site Location: Kapit, Sarawak Employment Type: Full-Time (Contract Based) Salary: Negotiable based on experience Key Responsibilities: Prepare and review project cost estimates, budgets, and contract documents. Manage progress claims, variation orders, and subcontractor payments. Monitor project expenditures and ensure cost control measures. Conduct site measurements and prepare reports for valuation and claims. Assist in procurement and tendering processes. Ensure compliance with contractual terms and project specifications. Requirements: Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field. Minimum 2-5 years experience in road construction or infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of contract administration (e.g., JKR, CIDB standards). Proficiency in cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and AutoCAD is an advantage. Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
