Responsibilities: · Generate and implement ideas to increase students recruitment · Plan and execute leads generation activities · Collaborate with different departments for events, publications and related campaigns · Developing in-depth knowledge of company offerings to identify profitable business opportunities. · Developing and managing strategic partnerships to grow business. · Building beneficial relationships with customers, vendors, and sales revenue generate providers. · Build good relationships with external stakeholders for recruitment purposes · Directing sales and marketing efforts by presenting market/trend research to board directors and suggesting strategies to expand market growth. · Recruit, develop, motivate, and lead sales resources as stipulated in KPI budget set across the Fairview Education Group · Ensures each recruitment and admissions process is streamlined for positive customer experience · Ensuring campaign, festive and holidays products are built to attract customers by providing new customer experiences services. · Plans control and directs activities of the sales program to secure maximum sales volume and profit target and develop maximum potential sales for the company. · Presenting and guiding final business directions and marketing strategies to company executives and Senior Management Team.- Supervises, develops and motivates a team of sales counsellors across all locations to ensure high performance and achieve objectives and KPIs. Requirements • A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree and/or Master’s Degree in Business,Communications, Marketing, and Arts, Social Science or other related creative discipline • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Sales and or Marketing • Fluency in English, abeing able to converse and understand in other languages is an advantage. • Persuasive communication and excellent presentation skills • Willingness to travel and work in global team of professionals
