• Develop and maintain strong business relationships with new and existing customers. • Develop and implement strategic business development initiatives aimed at capturing new business opportunities in mechanical system design, installation, and maintenance. • Lead presentations and negotiations with potential clients to secure contracts for mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, etc.). • Work with the project management and engineering teams to ensure that bids align with project execution capabilities and timelines. • Analyse market development including competitor information and trends to effectively build business strategies. • Collect market intelligence and report on competitors’ performance, products, key activities, etc. • Liaise with the management for sales coordination arrangement. • Work closely with the engineering, project management, and operations teams to ensure smooth transition from business development to project execution. • Create and deliver presentations to clearly communicate our key features and benefits. • Attend to customers' meeting and involve in discussion, as well as presentation when it is required according to customers' requests. • Prepare timely reports, forecast, sales growth, achieving agreed tasks and sales budget. • Conduct other ad-hoc tasks given by the Management.
